This privacy policy for the Impact360 app aims at providing details on the type of information that is recorded by the app and how we use it. All information collected via the app is securely stored in our servers and not shared with any other third-party entities.

What information do we collect?

Access is granted to our app by configuring your details in our server which mainly includes the following.

  • Your Name
  • Your Mobile Number
  • Your Work Site

Additionally, when you use the app, we gather the following information

  • On marking attendance, we capture the geo-code of the location from where you have marked attendance which will be once of the geofenced sites that you have been assigned to in our server
  • On submitting an activity status update you need to provide a photograph as corroborative evidence of the activity performed which is captured via the camera in your device. We also capture the geocode of the location from where you have submitted the activity status update.

The geocode information is captured only at the time when you choose to use a functionality in the app like marking attendance or providing an activity status update.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you is used only to support the functionality of the application and is accessible to personnel authorized to receive this information. Such information is not shared with any other third parties and also not used for any other purpose.

How is this information collected by us?

Voluntarily – We record information users voluntarily and actively provide when they register and use the services of the application.

Automatically – We also record location information when the user submits any data via the functionality supported in the app.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
